I ordered a new vario motor and a soap dispenser. I turned off the water and the breaker, disconnected the water line and the power at the front base of the unit, disconnected the drain hose from the garbage dispenser, and pulled out the dishwasher and laid it on a blanket on its face. I unscrewed and removed the plainly visible vario motor on the bottom of the machine and removed the cam from the shaft. Removed front and top panels of washer, removed old switch assembly. Then mounted and hooked up new switch assembly, put panels back on, turned on power and unit now works fine. Using the model number of the frig, I located the part (Interface Dispenser Asm) on the AppliancePartsPros.com. One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise. Remove bottom panel, remove top panel, remove drum. Had to cut old squirrel cage off. Remove motor to remove old wheel shank. Remove belt switch, and replaced. Videos from AppliancePartPros helped a lot.. Read more

• Light not working

My problem started with a rusting condition in the ice bin that spiraled out of hand. I took apart the ice bin and all the hardware thinking I could clean it with the suggested baking powder. Plastic parts cleaned up like new, metal parts were pitted. I wire brushed and sanded the parts put it all back together and gave it a try. Removed old label, took the glue residue off, wiped it down with rubbing alcohol then attached the new label on to the fridge. Read more
