After talking to the tech support people and telling them that the bake element and temp. probe were new and still had the same problem. They said it sound like the control board was bad. They were very helpful. After replacing the control board the problem was fixed. Very good service from the parts dept. and prompt delivery time. I will be using these people again. Read more

When the new bulb didn't want to go in, I felt around and realized the base of the old bulb was still in there. With some effort I got it out and new bulb in, Light cover fit fine, but did not come with a screw to hold it in. That would have been helpful. Read more

Replaced the cheap plastic lever supporter with another LG OEM cheap plastic lever supporter. I should have bought two as I can see this problem happening again. Job was a simple fix and only required a Phillips head screwdriver. I did not need to remove any connections as there was enough room and wire to pull out the oven control assembly and make the repair. I started by replacing the lid switch without the desired result. So I decided to replace the timer unit. It works like a new machine at the moment. At least on the first trial load. More loads will convince me that it is fixed for sure. I cannot be more complimentary about Appliance Parts Pros as I live very remotely in West Texas. • Fridge too warm

I determined that this was the part to get based on a previous reviewer's post who had a similar problem. I bought the controller, it shipped quickly and I received it two business days later. I followed the instructions of the previous poster and had the device installed in about an hour. The most difficult part or should I say tedious part was unscrewing and then replacing the panel and screwing everything back in. Ordered a new Faceplate Graphics, removed old faceplate and installed new. Required removing control panel with switches and display, including 10 screws to get to the faceplate. Faceplate has glue on rim, so had to peel off old faceplate, remove residue, then put on new. Not difficult, but reaching to remove the screws was a little challenging in a small kitchen.
