Needed a new gasket around the inside window on the door for my ge profile range Ira G. • Morton Grove , IL • August 15, 2016
The video shown was completely incorrect for the gasket needed on my range.
I had to remove the door, disassemble the inside panel, and remove the old gasket. I suggest you have assistance when doing this. Putting on the new gasket was challenging but not impossible for a do it your selfer.
You should make a video for this gasket so people don't think it is as easy as pulling a few pins around the window!!

Too much heat escaping the door Michael K. • Mechanicsville , VA • June 22, 2016
Removing was easy. Pull out the ends of the seal, the ends aren't locked in. Then, pull up on each retaining clip. Each clip is held in with spring tension.
Reinstallation was easy too. Start on one end, Twist frayed end into cone-like shape and insert into one of the holes for the seal. Push in with a skewer/screwdriver. Insert first clip into the first hole. Go around in a linear fashion, inserting each clip into each hole. After the last clip is pushed in, twist the end of the frayed end...

The left front gas burner of our cooktop would't ignite inspite of normal ignition/sparking at all four burners William W. • Madison , WI • January 16, 2016
I ordered a replacement gas solenoid valve, which arrived the very next day with only standard shipping! The shipped part was exactly what was needed, and I also ordered 4 replacement O-rings to replace the original dried out ring for each burner base. These parts also arrived within a few days and were the exact parts needed. The service and advice received was commendable.
Thanks for the great job.

Intermitten mini explosions in the oven when trying to use Jerry L. • Canton , GA • December 28, 2015
Troubleshot the oven by checking the broiler which worked good (same fuel valve). After reading the some tips about troubleshooting the Glow Ignitor I could see the broiler ignitor got white hot and the oven ignitor only got bright orange (orange to red causes intermittent ignition or mini explosions). Watched the how to video and it was good information. You should be observant about which openings in the back of the oven as to where the two wires are coming out of. My oven is over 12 years...
