I repaired the problem by replacing the Power Board assembly and the daughter relay board. Not sure which one was the problem. Since I had it apart I replaced both. So far the unit is working like new. Everything was plug in, so I didn't have to worry about complex wiring. I took pictures prior to disassembly to make sure I got the reassembly right. The most challenging part of this was determining what the problem was. At first I thought the clutch (or related parts) had worn out, but by chance, I pulled on the timer knob, and the machine started spinning. When I let it go, it stopped.
