Did the work myself fairly simple removed drip pans and replaced fit perfectly and got a nut driver removed two screws from coil unhooked wires threw out old one and replaced with new one plugged wires on ends and screwed back in and bake coil also fit perfectly now my oven looks and works like new!

I read the help guide on the AppliancePartsPros.com web site and then decided to test my defrost heater with a volt/ohm meter. I read an open circuit. When I removed them to check for continuity I found that one ear on each element had broken off. I dug the broken spades out of the receptacel and put in the new elements. Works great now.
