Troubleshot the oven by checking the broiler which worked good (same fuel valve). After reading the some tips about troubleshooting the Glow Ignitor I could see the broiler ignitor got white hot and the oven ignitor only got bright orange (orange to red causes intermittent ignition or mini explosions). Watched the how to video and it was good information. You should be observant about which openings in the back of the oven as to where the two wires are coming out of. My oven is over 12 years... Removed torx screws attaching stainless liner to outer stainless door. Lift off inner door and carefully separate the electronic components from where they snap into the control panel. Relocate electronic components to the new control panel. Reattach the inner liner with the torx screws. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands to hold the control panel while making the electronics swap to avoid pulling on the wiring harness. After 8 years of yanking to open our Bosch dishwasher (SHE45M06UC/50 model #) the plastic front panel cover started to break off (one of the tabs on the left side broke off). The shipping was super-fast, so got the part within 2 business days. Just need to remove the lower Torx screws (3 on each side) which hold the lower front panel to the dishwasher to get access to the screws holding on the control panel, swap the buttons and silver handle, and replace. This piece fails due to poor design as the weak point of the part you grab to open the dishwasher door. This defect has been reported by a number of owners as a common failure point on this model dishwasher. This is a $90 piece of plastic and yes, it does the job of restoring the DW to fully functional.
