I've had this dryer apart a few times over the years, always got my parts here. Squeaks and igniter if memory serves. I ordered the two drum rollers that have a bearing in the center..they sit on metal shafts and freeroll. I ordered two..only one was bad but I needed the dryer up in one day, no time to disassemble and decide what to order then wait for parts. Use the videos on this website here and you can repair most brands. Many are duplicate in design. 1. Unplug the machine. 2. Move it away from a confined area to get more room. 3. Remove lint filter and the two screws that hold the exhaust filter port to the top of the cabinet. 4. Use a putty knife or actually a butter knife and release the top of the cabinet from the main drum housing. You will slide the knife between the top and the main cabinet at the plastic catches. Our dryer was making such a load noise that we deemed it unusable. We weren't sure if something would burn up if it continued like it was. Bought new wheel and the are easy to replace. Found why the brok and did a quick fix so it wont happen again. As the wheels age one will pull off then they all get weak and the rack will come off the track, To prevent this. you can put a plastic tie so the wheels cant fall off in the first place, The disign holds them in place with pressure from the plastic but the plastic ages and gets weak. I originally ordered this part from the KitchenAid website because I assumed I needed to buy the part directly from them since they manufactured my dishwasher. Five minutes after ordering the part from them, I went on Youtube to see if there was a video instructing on the installation of the upper dishrack wheel since I wanted to make sure I installed it correctly. I watched a video on how to change these. I had ordered one a month ago because one had failed. I had no trouble --less than 30 seconds -- to insert a new for the bad one. Then a few weeks later, a 2nd one failed -- there are 4 of them -- and I figured that I might as well change out the bad one as well as the two "good" original ones. The Dryer is 10 years old GE Front Load DPVH890JEMG. The drum would intermittently not rotate at the beginning of a cycle and occasionally would rotate but then start and stop throughout the cycle. Replaced the Rollers, Pins, belt and belt tensioner. One thing to keep in mind. In the video it was said that the back and front roller pins were different by lengths. They were the same length for my model. The differences were found to be the rear pins have left handed threads and the front ones were standard right hand threads. My daughter replaced the wheels. I showed her how to remove the old wheel and snap on the new ones. Easy fix that empowers her to try repairs on her own. Read more

The part just snaps on the basket. You have to remove the clips on the end of the runner arms to be able to remove the basket. Once it was out the old arm snap off and you snap on the new arm. Only problem was my old arm was fine and I wished the company would just sell the gasket. It seems a waste to have to purchase the whole arm.
