Bought the control board/touchpad piece. It is a kitchen aide/whirlpool part. Searched around on the internet and found some videos on how to replace it. It was plug and place once I got it in there. Very happy that I could do it myself. Note: I removed the original piece first and got the part number on it so I made sure that I was getting the correct part (a little confusing because several companies use that touchpad). Our dishwasher quit working again for the 3rd time recently. We researched on You Tube for similar issue, and possible fixes. We had power to the overlay so we ruled out a thermal fuse as most possible problem. Some mode lights would come on when pushed. Tried a self diagnosis test-nothing. Reset circuit breaker-nothing. My unit would sometimes start. Sometimes not. Reset and start are the same key and either it did nothing or it would drain or it would start. While the video did match my unit. It was close enough to help. I removed the front per the video and snapped in the new control strip. Fixed in less than 10 minutes with only a manual screwdriver. Read more

Replaced keypad with new one from your website. This repair requires the screws to be removed from the inside of the dishwasher door to allow access to the keypad control connection. Once the door was disassembled, it was a fairly straightforward replacement. Read more

I took of the backsplash and took the hose off of the pressure switch and accidently broke off the stem of the pressure switch and the catch parts of the pressure switch. I put some Krud Cutter into the pressure switch hose and blew into it until I got air to flow. I stopped the tub from over flowing and replace the pressure switch and backsplash. Read more
