I had to purchase the whole glass and support for the drawer and throw out the old glass and everything but the support brackets from the original. Had to remove the support brackets from the original drawer support and install them on the new one. Easy job just a lot of wasted product for a small broken piece. Read more

Our GE was installed about 8 years ago and was AWESOME for much of its early life. However, progressively its cleaning ability diminished. By replacing all the spray arms (clogged with debris), filters, drain hose, and sump...this dishwasher cleans like it did when it was new! Found the part through appliancepartspros.com The part was the cheapest of several web sites. although shipping for such a small part was steep ($7.95 If I was purchasing bigger parts or heavier parts..the flat rate cost would be a bargain. The part arrived the next day and fit perfectly. In additon; obviously the original manufactured part was not holding up well as the new part had a metal reinforcement band that will prevent the cracking in the future. Read more

Front-wheel attaches to the shelf above. Where it screws in is kind of flimsy, no way to repair, had to replace the entire shelf, including the glass. Appliances Parts Pros had the best price, and it arrived quickly. You have to swap the metal brackets from the old to the new shelf (2 brackets x 5 screws), and reuse the old wheels as well. I very seldom respond to requests for feedback like this but definitely feel moved to do so in this case.
