I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Kenmore Elite refrigerator 795.77542600 Fixed by replacing crisper cover. The purchased crisper cover lacks the printed pictures and text that was present on the front of the original, but it was no big deal. The difficult part of the repair was transferring the (1) plastic humidity adjusters for vegetable/fruit drawer, (2) plastic crisper drawer covers, and (3) metal bar on front underside of crisper cover. It went very easily. The two original clips were riveted in the top but a small drill bit cut the last of the rivit free and the clips remainders just fell out. There was no damage to the stop top. The butner simply snaps in to its socket so that was easy to replace. Pulled the old one out and put in the new one. Read more

The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it.
