The Microswitch is an OEM part for Bosch microwaves. This small but vital part detects when the door is closed and allows the microwave to operate. It works through electromagnetic pulses that tell the control board the door position.
Causes of a bad microswitch can be wear over time if the door has been opened and closed many times, or damage from an accidental impact that jars the switch out of place or breaks internal components. Repairing or replacing it will restore full and safe operation of the door locking system.
Symptoms of a bad microswitch include:
This OEM Bosch part can also be used on Thermador and Gaggenau appliances.
One of the three-door switches had failed. In my case, 00631512 or ref 25217585 on the left front of the unit. The green button no longer "clicked". When that switch fails, one of the ceramic fuses located under the top cover at the far back of the unit is blown. Used Volt-Ohm meter to determine which fuse. Happy to have also ordered a replacement door switch Support, just in case, as I was unable to remove the failed switch from the support without breaking a key brittle plastic tab.... Read more
The Sensor is an OEM replacement part for Bosch ranges. It monitors conditions inside the oven compartment such as temperature and diagnosing faults.
Symptoms of a bad sensor include:
Causes of failure can be normal wear over time from high heat exposure, accidental damage compromising sensor integrity, or intrusion of liquids or debris confusing readings.
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore ranges.
Guessed it must be either a heat sensor or a lower element. Bosch wall oven with no easy access to the back of the stove. Had to remove the door (very Heavy) to more easily access the temperature sensor. I thought from a video that the sensor could be easily replaced without having to access the red of the stove - not true! The sensor wire was secured to other wires and a clip screwed into the sheet metal. I was able to remove all screws with a Torx head driver. Since I had to pull the unit out... Read more
The Control Board is an OEM part for Bosch wall ovens. It serves as the main control center for the oven, managing and regulating all the functions, including temperature settings, cooking modes, timers, and the operation of the heating elements.
Causes of a bad Control Board can include electrical surges, wear and tear from prolonged use, exposure to heat, and moisture or grease buildup that can damage electronic components.
Symptoms of a bad Control Board include:
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.
Replaced the main control board on a Thermador oven model POD301J/01 after we got an E115 error and the top broiler would come on no matter what setting you put it on and wouldn't turn off and would overheat. Took me about 30 mins total to replace after taking pics to make sure everything went back as it was. So far so good and it's working again! Read more
The Bulb is an OEM part for Bosch ovens. This component provides illumination inside the oven, allowing you to easily monitor the cooking process without opening the door and losing heat.
Causes of a bad bulb can include filament burnout due to extended use, electrical issues that cause power surges, or physical damage from accidental impacts.
Symptoms of a bad bulb include:

This Bake Element is an OEM part for Bosch Wall Ovens. It's responsible for generating heat for baking and cooking. Continuous exposure to high temperatures can cause wear or damage to this component.
What Causes a Bad Bake Element: Repeated heating and cooling cycles, as well as exposure to high temperatures, can cause the bake element to deteriorate or fail.
Symptoms of a Bad Bake Element:
This genuine OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau and select Kenmore models.
This door seal restores a tight barrier between the oven door and cavity. Replacing a worn gasket helps your oven reach and hold temperature, reduces heat escaping at the door edges, and supports more consistent baking and roasting results.
After watching your great video showing how to install, we ordered the product from you. Great service and an easy install!!! Thanks so much!! Read more
This dishwasher water sensor monitors wash-water conditions so the control can adjust cycle time, rinses, and heating for consistent performance. Replace a failed sensor to restore reliable cleaning results and proper automatic cycle adjustments. What it does

This factory replacement heating element restores proper heat during operation. When the original element is burned out or damaged, installing this part brings temperatures back to spec for reliable cycle performance and effective cleaning, drying, or heating results. What it does:
It was an awkward position replacement job, but with a little help it is working well Read more
The Fan is an OEM component specifically designed for select Bosch built-in ovens. As a critical convection element, it circulates internal air currents for optimal heat distribution throughout baking and broiling cycles.
Powerful yet precisely balanced centrifugal motion agitates spacious oven cavities with homogeneous warmth. Aerodynamic fan blades expedite even cooking without hot or cold spots.
Causes requiring replacement relate to bearing seizure or broken blade attachments disrupting designed circulation. Prolonged heat exposure may cause premature motor failure or cracked housings to no longer sustain needed speeds.
Symptoms signaling the need for a new fan include:
This OEM Bosch replacement fan is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore built-in ovens employing convection methods. Proper reinstallation restores designed air transfer capabilities for perfect results.
The Fuse is an OEM component specifically designed for Bosch microwaves. It protects internal circuits and components from power surges or overloads that could cause damage. Proper functioning defends the appliance from electrical hazards.
Symptoms of a blown fuse can involve the microwave failing to power on or function after prior episodes of tripped internal safety mechanisms. Repeated events increase replacement needs.
Causes of a bad fuse involve normal wear under prolonged power cycling. However, significant power spikes pose greater fuse risks necessitating timely changes to warranty circuit integrity.
Symptoms of a bad fuse include:
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with some Thermador, Blomberg, and Miele microwaves. Replace faulty fuses to restore appliance usability and safety.
The hardest part was sliding the appliance out of the wall and removing the microwave oven casing to access the internals. When the internals were accessible, a multi-meter was used to confirm that the fuse was actually blown (this was the first assumption when power was lost to the unit). Then checked each side of the fuse bracket to make sure that we were not going to ground on either side. Both sides checked out. Inserted the new fuse, restored power at the breaker box and tested the oven... Read more
The Oven Door Seal is an OEM part for Bosch ovens and ranges. This door seal fits snugly around the outer edge of the oven door to provide an effective air seal when closed.
Causes of a bad door seal can include damage from normal wear and tear over time, compression from repeated opening and closing of the door, or heat exposure leading to cracking or warping.
Symptoms of a bad door seal include:
This display module is the user interface electronics behind the control panel. It drives the indicator lights and reads keypad or touch inputs, restoring clear status feedback and dependable control response when the original module fails.
Ordered new module; installed in about 15 minutes. Works great. Read more
This replacement glass panel restores the smooth, protective surface on the appliance when the original panel is cracked or broken. It helps maintain a clean appearance while shielding the components mounted behind the glass. What it does:
This convection fan motor drives the oven's internal fan to circulate hot air during convection cooking. Replacing a weak or seized motor restores proper airflow for more even heating, reliable temperatures, and consistent baking and roasting results.
This micro switch is a small, fast-acting on/off switch tripped by a mechanical lever or float to send a signal to the control. Replacing a worn microswitch restores accurate sensing so the appliance starts, stops, and runs when it should. What it does
The Magnetron is an OEM part for Bosch microwaves. The magnetron generates microwaves used for cooking and heating food. It contains a magnet and vacuum tube that work together with a high-frequency electrical field to produce electromagnetic waves.
Symptoms of a bad magnetron include:
