I found a video on Youtube which described dryer drum squeaks as most likely caused by a worn rear drum bearing. Get some acetone at a Hardware Store before you start. A pint will do. Unplug the dryer from 110 VAC. Pull the top off of the dryer, by lifting it from the front first. Flat-style dryer drum belt wraps around drum and motor pulley to spin clothes. Replace when belt breaks, frays, or drum won't turn. Confirm fit by model.
Replaced upper and lower felts. Painted rubbing surface on inside of drum with refrigerator enamel. Took out drum and lubed rear bearing.
