Drawer Roller Parts

The repair kit has everything needed for both sides of the rack but there were no instructions so it took me some time to figure out how it all mounted on the basket. The original design was totally different than the repair kit so it would have been very beneficial to have at least a diagram that showed how everything fit together. I bumped into my KitchenAid dishwasher and the upper rack adjuster cracked. There was already a crack on the notch of the housing where the handle (lever) sits. The bar retainers just snapped in and the door handle can be replaced with three screws. Took about 5 minutes total. Read more

I bought the new arm assembly because after a few times of going in through the front of the machine and reaching in the back under the drum I could get to the pulley, so I took it off of the arm and lubed it and then replaced it back inside, put the belt back on and it was good for a week or so , then started squeaking again. Maybe 6 or 7 years ago I had a fridge conk out on me just before Christmas. I replaced the belt, belt tension pulley, both dryer drum roller axles and both drum support rollers. Although I bought 2 tumbler bearing kits, because those still look good I am saving them for when they go bad. The videos were fantastic! I also took pictures as I went of wiring so there would be no question where things went when reassembling. It should be noted some models have extra terminals near the sensor terminals... just be aware and look closely/take pics as you are taking things... Read more

My discharge would not empty after a wash cycle and I always had gross gray water left in the bottom approx 3" deep? After doing the obvious things of checking the simp for garbage, and checking that the discharge hose wasn't blocked, I removed my discharge pump ( not too hard to do) and tested. The racks came in 5 business days and I installed the new racks which were OEM. Fit perfect and the dishwasher runs like new. It was that easy. Read more
