I opened the washer and replaced the pump. To open the washer: 1. Remove the 2 screws that are different from the others in the top back corners of the machine. That will let you remove the top. 2. Remove the soap tray and its holder. The tray comes out if you depress the tab in the back center. Its holder comes out if you remove the two screws in the front. Ordered new control knob and replaced broken one. The most difficult part was popping out the control panel so I could access the control knob. I ended up "wrestling" it out. It would be wonderful if the product manual had some guidance on how to pop out all panels. Read more

Removed top panel to reach the hose and sensor. Propped the washer back, reached up to remove bottom hose assembly. Replaced with new hose and new sensor. Put top panel back on. Parts place told me the part was backordered for months and repair would cost at least $80. Got it in three days and fixed it myself. Read more

First I took off the spring loaded wire ring holding down the seal to the door with needle nose pliers. Pulled back the seal. Removed the 3 screws holding the part on the front of the washing machine. Slid the piece out. Took the protector guard off the off piece and unplug the wires. Put the wires into new part. Put the protector on the new part. Slid the part back into place. Screwed it back in. Put the seal back on. Put the wire spring loaded ring back around the seal. Total time 15 minutes... Read more

Washer said error no drain. Cleaned the filter and still no drain. So the next step was to check the hose for any debris and when I went to pull the hose off it broke, at the same time I found the check valve flap broke in the drain pump and it was blocking the hose. So I replaced the check valve on the drain pump and replaced the hose. Read more

Looking at the schematics from the manufacturer, I could not tell if it was suppose to have a washer. I called Appliance Parts Pros and the gentleman looked at the part he had in stock and found it did require a washer. Not really happy about it, but paid to have it repaired.
