Secures the outer door boot seal to prevent water leaks. Replace if damaged, rusted, or losing tension. Includes tensioning spring. Verify fit.
If you have an older model WM8000H_A you MUST pay attention to the type of door gasket (boot seal) that it uses. Every video I could find for replacing the seal on the WM8000HWA involved a different product than what was required for our specific washer. I wound up getting the wrong one by ordering it without help and had to exchange it - after I had the machine taken apart. Thanks to AppliancePartsPros I got the correct seal and front retaining ring the next day. NOTE! The retaining rings are... Read more
Replacement tub to pump hose for washers. Transports water from the wash tub to the drain pump. Replace if cracked, split, leaking, or damaged from wear.
First and foremost, much thanks to APP for perfect transaction, and incredible price! The part was shipped quickly, and arrived fast. Immediate Availability of the part was outstanding, and truly saved this Canadian's day! See, in Canada, LG has their own unfair practice of NOT ALLOWING a Canadian citizen to purchase ANY functional parts for any of their appliances or products... furthermore, in order to get the part for any issue, you must pay directly for an LG direct service tech to come at... ****** always make sure the unit is fully unplugged from the power before you do anything with the outside of the unit to work inside of the unit and while you are working inside the unit... Also make sure that you turn the hot and cold water intake valves off and make sure you don't pull too much on the two water intake hoses that lead to your washer because they can leak with too much pressure exerted on either end******* 1. LG Washing Machine WM3885HCCA I searched the Appliance Parts Pros "Get Repair Help" tab, typed in the LG washing machine model number (WM3885HCCA), watched videos and searched for the parts shown on the diagrams of my LG washing machine. Supports smooth drum rotation in your washer. Replace if you hear loud roaring or grinding noises during spin cycles. Confirm fit with your model number.
I'm a DIYer but still found the how-to video very helpful. The toughest part was removing the old bearings. I used a hardened punch for one side and then the head of a 5/8x6" bolt for the other side. The bolt might have worked for both. Read more

Suspension spring supports and stabilizes the washer tub during wash and spin cycles. Replace if broken, snapped, or stretched to restore proper operation.
I removed the top cover and found the left main suspension spring broken. Appliance Part Pros had the new springs (2 I replaced both) at my door in 26 hours. Excellent service from this company. After disassembling the drum from the chassis of the machine, it was very easy to replace the springs. i do wish however that I had purchased a higher quality machine. LG refused to do anything to help and the machine is only 3 years old and gets minimal use. Hats off however to Appliance Parts Pros.... Read more
Fix excessive vibration, banging during spin, or washer walking across floor. This damper assembly controls drum movement. Moderate DIY repair.
My LG front load washing machine was vibrating severly on the spin cycle. I noticed the drum was tilted toward the back of the machine, so I replaced the rear damper. The repair was straightforward: just undo the back cover and swap out the damper. Using a deep socket to push the barbs on the pins holding the damper in place made the repair easier. Read more

I opted to save myself about $600 by repairing my 8 year old LG washing machine rather than buying a new one. After watching some videos I determined what I needed upon taking my washing machine apart. I ended up replacing the tub (includes spider and shaft), since I could not get the spider part removed from the original tub, as well as the motor bolt (which had broken when I removed it from the original tub's shaft). The spider was cracked and the shaft was wobbling which caused it to... Read more

The hot inlet valve was dripping water, replaced it. Water and soap were coming out of the vent pipe. The new Float assembly had a shorter shaft than the old Float Assembly I was replacing. I did install the new Float Assembly and cleaned the vent hose where the float seats and I haven't seen any more water on the floor. Both repairs were made easy by watching your repair videos. Removed the top cover while the machine was operating, located the source of the leak. The top filler tube had worn a hole in a flex point. Found the right part on this site, replaced it with little effort. While in there I saw a similar hose and decided to replace it as its time was probably up too. So far so good, washing clothes and no leaks!! Great prices and best of all the right parts were delivered in a timely manner. Thanks for making this so easy. Only specialty tool used was hose...
