Gotta love the inter-webs and youtube.com I did a couple of searches and some troubleshooting. Everything pointed to the damper assembly and thermo so I ordered them as well as the new versions of the flimsy plastic drawer shelves, while I was working out of state during COVID. I had the parts waiting for me at the house. Rolled in Sunday, 22 minutes later, damper and thermo installed. The fridge is cooling. I bought a new one from APP and it was delivered and I inserted the drawer. Easy peasy Read more

Easy to replace with the shield and paddle assembly. Steps are: 1. use a flat head screwdriver to push the tabs at the base of the control panel. remove the wire connectors by gently prying them straight off. 2. remove the 4 phillips screws holding in the old assembly. 3. Install the new assembly by carefully putting the paddle behind the water pipe that sticks out. You may have to push the paddle one way to get it around the pipe and then back into place. 4. reinstall the screws. 5. reconnect... Read more

I replaced the bar and rack support. It was fairly easy. I measured the shelf and cut the bar to size. Then I inserted the bar into the shelf support and the inserted the bar and supports into the slots on the left and right. Ordered left and right side supports and they arrived in two days! It took me longer to get stuff out of the way in the fridge so I could take the shelf out than it did to actually swap out the side supports. Parts fit perfectly and quick easy repair. Read more
