Ann Marie D Cherry Hill , NJ November 17, 2015 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher MDB7749AWM1 My dishwasher start button would not work and the cycle buttons did not match what the washer did We put in the door latch and it did not fix problem so we installed the control panel and bingo it worked. So I'll return the handle soon but will not take the door latch off. This was the best experience ever - no repairman to call and wait on and no hassles. Thank you for your help and cooperation. Robert R Washington Court House , OH September 02, 2019 The handle of our dishwasher broke and fell inside the door I watched the video at Appliancepartspros.com. I saw how to release the control panel from the door and proceeded to investigate the problem. The clips holding the handle in place were broke off, and the handle was damaged also. I found the parts; the control panel and the handle filled out the order page on a Wednesday. The parts arrived on Friday morning. The actual repair took less than 15 minutes. The best part was the shipping. Two days is almost unheard of. I got an email, with the tracking number, saying these shipped the same day I placed the order, just like promised. Janet H Bozeman , MT July 21, 2021 Dishwasher door would not 'latch' and connect to start the wash cycle. Googled and found a YouTube fix-it video. Then found AppliancePartsPros, put in my Model #, watched the video here, and agreed it was the correct part. The parts arrived in two days and fixed my dishwasher in 5 minutes. But I did have to go get a #15 Driver Bit to disassemble the door, as mentioned in the video. Would have been nice if maybe I could have purchased this bit here as well?
