I saw how to release the control panel from the door and proceeded to investigate the problem. The clips holding the handle in place were broke off, and the handle was damaged also. I found the parts; the control panel and the handle filled out the order page on a Wednesday. The parts arrived on Friday morning. The actual repair took less than 15 minutes. The best part was the shipping. Two days is almost unheard of. I got an email, with the tracking number, saying these shipped the same day I placed the order, just like promised.
