This was super easy! The dirty filters are just remove and replace items. The microwave essentially tells you when the filters should be replaced. The grease filter however, requires the removal of the Grill-Vent for access. There are two screws holding the vent in place and I had noticed when cleaning the area one day that whoever installed the vent on initial installation overtightened the screws and cracked the vent mounting holes. • shuts off after a few seconds

Removed OTR microwave. Checked the thermostat switches while power was applied with a DVM. Noticed that when a certain set of wires was moved the slightest bit the microwave would power up. Traced the wires to the thermostat switch for the cavity. Noticed that where one (of two) Faston terminals was crimped to the thermostat switch was black. (should be copper colored).
