Primarily, removed oven door. Be cognizant of how you disassembled ... Very important when you reassemble ! By-the-way,this was ALL PRECIPITATED by wanting to clean the interior side of oven door glass after my wife self-cleaned the oven! How in-the-world did grease get there in the first place!? We found a video on how to change out the glass and looked fairly easy. My husband, being the skeptic that he is, wasn't on board as readily as I was but we tried it regardless. To his surprise in about 30 minutes we did it! So easy and a big thanks to Appliances Parts Pros for the part. We had the new part in 1 1/2 days...I was expecting it to be delivered in 5 days! Don't bend the glass even a little! I made the mistake of laying mine on the handle face down when reinstalling the handle because the screws fell out and I bent the glass slightly when tightening the screws.
