Easy. Pulled the two screws that hold the top in place. Then lift the top and slide it forward 4 inches. Reach in and disconnect the two wiring harnesses (Squeeze the sides to release). Lift the entire top off and place it upside down on the table. Remove the four screws that hold the metal panel to the top. Flip this panel upside down. REPLACED NEW RIGHT FRONT POWER BURNER. THIS DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I THEN REPLACED THE BURNER CONNECTING SWITCH BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR VIDEO. BURNER HEATS UP NORMALLY, BUT I DON'T KNOW YET IF IT WILL SUDDENLY GO TO THE HIGH SETTING. IT WAS A SPORADIC PROBLEM I WAS HAVING...SO I'M HOPING THIS SOLVES THE ISSUE.
