We had ordered and installed the drip pans and when we took a look, we knew we needed new elements. Those were perfect; exact replacement. The problem was on the eight inch units, the rim of the drip pan touched the element. It was a simple matter of removing a small bit of the drip pan where the element enters. Having a very old wall oven,I could not find any parts or manual associated. Chris diligently located a part that would hopefully replace the old element. The old oven did not have the sleeve type connector used for the current elements. The old wiring had a screw attachment. I drilled a small hole at end of new element connector and then screwed the wire and element together like the original. Not difficult but very pleased and it worked fine.
