I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly. I pulled the washer out and found that one of the fill hoses had kinked when I pushed the washer back in place. There was also some writing on the hose that read "Change hose every five years". Watched u tube video. Ordered replacement water inlet valve and new hoses. Dismantled washer and replaced defective valve and installed new hoses. The repair went very easily and the washer worked perfectly as a result. Read more

Found the parts I needed on the Appliance Parts Pros website. Went to my local appliance store with the pictures from the website, and they did not agree that the replacement rack roller was what I needed. I was to return with a picture of my Dishwasher upper rack to show them. This was a 30 mile round trip, that I was going to have to do again before the parts I needed would even be ordered. - Didn't see any other leaks in machine. No grinding transmission noise. Assumed seal on transmission shaft was bad, since it was a central leak down the rotor. It was a little more difficult to dissemble than the video showed, but not too bad. Got it all back together and seems to be working well. No leaks yet. Didn't need washer in parts diagram - was already on the transmission. Also the drain pump filter was not necessary, it can just be cleaned. Read more

We found the pump online at AppliancePartsPros.com for our model of Maytag. When we found the part, there was a video posted that was for our exact pump and washer. After watching it, we called Appliance Parts Pros to verify the part. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and confirmed our diagnosis. We ordered the pump as well as hoses and clamps in case we needed them. We ordered them overnight delivery and the customer service rep said that we might not receive it... Read more

The part came next day! I was shocked at how fast the shipping was. I turned the dishwasher on its side used a pair of pliers and a rubber mallet to get the old wheel off( was not easy) once it was off I had to get the plastic off the new wheel , and that was really hard took some elbow grease but finally after about 10 mins I got it off and simply pushed in the new wheel and used the rubber mallet to secure it and my dishwasher now rolls around like new.
