I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly. Watched u tube video. Ordered replacement water inlet valve and new hoses. Dismantled washer and replaced defective valve and installed new hoses. The repair went very easily and the washer worked perfectly as a result. Read more

The video on AppliancePartsPro is not for the part I ordered. After searching a bit I learned that I needed a 3/16" hex driver to remove the two screws that hold the assembly to the washer. After that it was easy. Just remove the two screws, take off the old one and attach the new one. Easy. Read more

Found the parts I needed on the Appliance Parts Pros website. Went to my local appliance store with the pictures from the website, and they did not agree that the replacement rack roller was what I needed. I was to return with a picture of my Dishwasher upper rack to show them. This was a 30 mile round trip, that I was going to have to do again before the parts I needed would even be ordered. Removed rocker switch,made up jumper so the compactor could be used while awaiting replacement switch. The part came 2 days later and was installed in less tha 5 minutes. Unit working like new again. Thanks for the great service!! Read more

After talking with the rep from appliance pro, she helped me verify wat I needed, everything came as we discussed. After removing the inner door the vent assembly was difficult removing, it does unplug, do not twist it off, had to replace that piece as well. Had to cut of notch on inner door for the vent assembly to reseat properly. It does twist off, just a bear to put back on. once all assembled turned the machine on and no more leaks. Saved a bundle from calling the appliance repair guy. Read more

Replaced the water inlet valve assembly. I was surprised how easy it was to do. A putty knife to release the panel and a screw driver to release 2 clips.
