1st we took the inside washer arms out and made sure they were clean and not blocked by something . When That failed, I called a local appliance repairman . I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case.
