Robyn for Model Number GSD66000G00WW Our Triton EL has had some difficulty draining. The pump sounds fine. The bottom rack is missing 5 of the 8 wheels and if we take it out and run the cycle it drains just fine. My husband thinks if we replace those wheels we will be set but I'm not convinced. The washer is going on 8 years old. Is there any other little pieces that could be the culprit. In my research, many other models have a flapper or a Piston and Nut that seem to cause the same type of issue but this model doesn't appear to have the piston and nut. Before I pay for shipping on the wheels only, what else should I look for in the washer and or consider replacing? Thanks - Robyn
Answer Hello Robyn. If the unit works properly with the bottom rack out, it sounds like the wheels WD35X21038 WD35X21041 will fix your problem. Check and make sure the pump WD26X10016 is working properly, and that the drain hose is not clogged. If the pump is good, and the hose is good, then you may have found your problem. Hope this helps.
