Billkim, First check and make sure the connections in the junction box on the front frame behind the lower kick plate panel and proper and tight and you have voltage to the dishwasher. Turn off the power to the dishwasher, remove the control panel and check the thermal fuse W10258275 for a "closed circuit. Then check the wiring to the door switches and the door switch circuits WP8269209 they should have a closed circuit when the door latch is in the closed/locked position. If all checks are proper, then replace the control panel/key pad assembly WPW10243209 Your description indicates the issue is most likely in the key pads and LED lights.
