This is a V-groove drive pulley with an integrated hub designed for the transmission system of a lawn tractor. It transfers rotational power from the engine via the drive belt to the transmission. I had the transmission pulley wear and strip off the hub on top of gearbox after 5 years of heavy use on this machine.
