I determined it was the thermostat, found the model number and Appliance Pros had one they said would work. So, I ordered one and got it in 2 days. Opened the package, read the instructions and 10 minutes later my new food was going to be cool and my water would be ice. All it took was remove housing, unplug old part, plug in new part and replace housing.
