The Oven Control Board is an OEM part for Frigidaire ovens. It acts as the central nervous system for your oven, managing and coordinating all the cooking functions. This board is used for setting temperatures, baking times, and operating various oven modes. Ensuring your oven performs accurately and efficiently, the control board interprets inputs from the user and sensors, executing commands to other components.
Causes for replacement may include electrical surges, wear and tear over time, or faulty connections leading to miscommunications with other oven parts.
Symptoms of a bad Oven Control Board include:
- Oven not reaching set temperatures
- Inconsistent cooking results
- Display errors or unresponsive control panel
- Oven failing to turn on or off
This OEM replacement is also compatible with Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Kenmore models.
