I had my grandson, as he is more agile, replace the Drip Pan. The only real issue was the removing and reinstalling the Fan module. Strongly suggest to view the provided Video a couple of time to save frustration. As not in video, you do not need to remove the water line as the whole back panel will just fold up and out of the way. A 1/4" nut driver is the only tool you need. Evaporator fan was loud and eventually quit. This allowed the freezer temp to rise above 18 deg. which they activated the PF code. Replacing the evaporator fan motor fixed the problems. Read more

The right door on our Jenn Air French Door Refrigerator would pop open & not fully close when the left door was closed first. Removed water catcher, then 4 screws in water/ice vault in door, then removed screws on door side (5) top (2) and bottom (2). Removed stainless door skin. Removed 4 hex head bolts in ice/water vault (containing pads) and 4 bolts on the module immediately above the vault. Pulled the vault and module above out part way to unplug one cable. Replaced the water tube that went from the plastic tubing to the ice cube tray. Found that even though it was the same exact length as the original, there was only an extremely small gap from the end of the tube to a splash board. This may have been the root cause of my problems. Read more

I had to replace the entire ice Bin Assembly rather than just the plastic fin on the auger which broke. I could not find a way to buy the plastic fin only. Replacement was obviously easy -- pull the old bin out and slide the new bin in. Less than 1 minute. The Dairy Door was an easy replacement also.
