How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013694 / WP9704230 Blender Drive Coupler

I followed the instructions that came with the new coupling. The whole job took less than a minute to complete. I was totally satisfied with the part and the great service, thanks Doug 

Ordered the part, received in 3days installed per the instructions and worked just great. 

Took old one off, installed new, Very easy. There were instructions in the packing envelope. 

Removed old coupler and screwed in new drive coupler. Previously had watched video on-line at Applicance Parts Pros to see how to remove old coupler. Also looked at instruction sheet that was included with new part. I have to say the Appliance Parts Pros are amazing. I ordered the part on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered to my door the next day, which was Saturday. 

My father-in-law replaced the part with ease.
