I went to appliancepartpros.com, put in my model number, selected the problem, and looked at the different videos associated with that problem. It was obvious it would be a straight-forward, easy fix (I feared I'd have to take the washer drum out or something like that). Following their videos' instructions, I removed the upper agitator and discovered that all it took to fix my "dead" washing machine was $13 worth of parts (with shipping) and less than five minutes to replace those parts. Awesome!
