I ordered a new timer, and when I ordered it, (a type-O on my part) , I requested the wrong part number, which was sent to me, and after receiving it and installing it, I found out an error on my part, was very evitable, so I called Appliance Parts Pros and told them of my mistake, and gave them the correct part number, and they immediately put the right one in the mail that very same day, and told me to return the one I had incorrectly ordered for a complete refund on the incorrect part. A person couldn't ask for better service than that. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros for your patience and understanding, ( from an older fellow who is not the best typist )
