This is the lower access panel, also called a toe panel, that attaches to the front bottom of the washer. It covers the internal components beneath the drum area and provides a finished appearance. Watched the video a few times for door boot seal replacement. It was a lot of help! The spring is the hardest to replace and I did enlist the help of my wife. Everything went back on great.
