I took the electronic clock/oven control out and saw that the DC conversion transformer was burnt - the result of 240 volts being on something that was supposed to be 115 volts. As described, thanks your helped repair what the repairman would not or could not do.. Bottom element shorted and burned up from previous homeowner, not sure why or how? Replaced both heating elements, still no heat, the clock controller was also damaged due to the shorting even though it appeared to work OK, just no heat. This Frigidaire model requires power to be disconnected before servicing. Power is going to the elements at all times and the control switches close to the ground side. removed the back panel to have access to the wiring of the element. Disconnect the two wires to the broil element and then opened the oven door and removed the screws holding the element in place.
