Simply placed on the range in less than one minute. The most important part of the process was the great customer service rep. Carolyn. was very knowledgeable of what I needed, found it quickly and I had it the next day. I want to thank her for the great customer service! Read more

My husband turned the oven to cook one night and there was a loud pop noise. After that there was no power getting to the control board and thus leaving my oven useless I watched the very easy to follow video posted on here associated with my part and I felt confident I would be able to make this repair on my own. I bought the control board as well as the new overlay (mainly cause I didn't want to try and peel off the old overlay and reuse it) the total time for my repair was less than 15... Read more

Everything was straight forward and easy to repair, I had an appliance tech come out and troubleshoot the repair and watched what he did and asked questions. I then ordered the parts from here and did the repairs myself and saved on having the tech make another trip out. Read more

When trouble shooting the problem I found that the light switch housing outer lip was broken allowing the switch to push through mounting surface behind the oven door. This is a slide in range so, I proceeded to pull the range away from the counter where I could unplug the power cord. Once the power was off like located the panel on the right upper side of the unit and removed the screws to allow access to the switch. I then unplugged the switch from the wiring harness and removed the damaged... Read more

I looked up and ordered a new display panel. Since it was not showing anything I was hoping something on the board just failed. When I got the new part I plugged it in and it has been working fine since. I wish I could have found some trouble shooting options for this type of problem but I could not find anything related to a blank display. Like I said fortunately the new panel worked. Iremember it took about 4 days to get the part which was not bad considering I did not want to pay for... Read more

I replaced the hinges and hinge mounts. Upon inspection of the mounts, it seems that they had become slightly deformed on the lower portion, where the heel of the hinge applies pressure to the frame. Probably didn't need new springs, just the mounts, but I just kept em in anyway. Easy fix, anybody can do it, good instructions in the kit. Very pleased with appliancepartspro speed of delivery. I ordered a new longer griddle burner and burner cover, then just simply removed two screws from the small center burner and dropped the larger on in it's place. Very easy switch out and was very happy with the result. Very easy and worth while upgrade. Read more

Andrew helped me trouble shoot the problem. First I replaced the elments but that did not fix the problem. When I spoke with Andrew he told me how to test the OHMS on the new and old element and they were both readying 26 OHMS. I then replaced the control panel for the clock and oven controls. This did not fix the problem. The next step was to replace the relay boards. We placed numbers on the wires (~30) to avoid confusion. Taking notes also helped. Replacing both relay swithces took... Bought new knobs, they fit great and didn't fall off all the time like my old one. My only beef is that this (and every other site I went to) charged exorbitant prices for the knobs! Read more
