First determined drain discharge hose was clear. Turned of power to dishwasher. I did not find it necessary to remove the dishwasher. I simply removed the lower service panel at the floor and was able to easily remove the defective pump, unplug it, replace the small rubber check valve flapper before the pump inlet and reinstall the new pump assembly. 1) Cleaned all sprayer arms. Many of the outlet holes were clogged with small debris (mostly small bits of food and a Jolly Rancher candy wrapper). 2) Removed circulation pump to clean impeller assembly.
