I lifted up the door and removed it. Next, I laid out newspaper on the floor. I placed the door on the newspaper upside down. With my socket driver, I removed the bottom door trim. I then used a pocket knife to remove the remaining glass in the top groove. I then slid in the new glass and reinstalled the trim. This replacement door frame forms the structural surround of the door assembly. It supports the glass and trim and provides mounting points for the handle and latch area, restoring a solid, aligned door and a clean, factory look.
What's included: One door frame. Install notes:

Place the glass and bezel into new frame, inner bezel clips under plastic hooks. I used hot-glue at each hook location to help keep glass in place when mictowave door is slammed (I believe this is what broke it in the first place) Move handle from old frame to new frame, two screws inside of frame. Install new assembly,... Read more

I read up on 'how to' approach taking the door apart...and once I put two large nails in each hole on the door hinge, I was confident I could do this. As another reviewer wrote, the only tool you need is a phillips head screwdriver. I wore my headlamp flashlight so I could easily... Read more

Purchased the door panels (both sides) and replaced them both. Not sure if spending $150 on door parts for a 15 year old washer was a great investment, but the parts worked great. Took maybe five minutes to put it all back together. Read more
