Ohm'ed out the heat elements and both were good. Outlet had 240 volts. I had reviewed several items on the internet. Everything pointed to the control board. Ordered the part on a Sunday night using standard shipping and received it Tuesday. Replaced and tested. Over is working again. Read more

1. I ordered a new burner. It didn't fix it. 2. I ordered a new burner switch. It didn't fix it. But still needed to be replaced because I cold see itt had burned out. 3. I checked the wires to the burner, then to the switch, they were all fine. I probably should have done this first. My last possible solution was the simmer switch board. Looked it up on you tube found two possible problems, eliminated oven sensor, left only mother board, replaced, very simple procedure, all working well now. Read more

Stumbled upon Appliance Parts Pros web site and after some research bought 2 circuit boards. (UIB) Interface Board AP4501702 and ESEC Relay Board AP5780950. I carefully replaced the UIB board first and it solved the problem. Things like taking the door off can be found on the internet and took me far more time than actually replacing the board. I have never used APP before but understand that the other board is returnable. I am a very happy and future customer. Read more

Symptoms varied: oven not starting; oven preheats OK but after you open the door to put in food and close it, the oven showed temp OK, didn't turn on, and heat would drop to nothing over time; other times, it would begin preheating then start beeping and showing the temperature setting, then an 'ERR' and die. The display of the control worked, so one might not question it but there is nothing else that would simply shutdown while heating. This part came faster than a 'technician' and 5 sheet metal screws and 4 mounting screws later, the new unit was installed. The only delay was the waiting for the oven to reach full temp to verify that it was working - it is. The parts places try to sell a new membrane panel ( adhered display cover (numbers and labels) for these but the old one can be removed... Read more
