The drum was hesitating and then not turning at all with an error code. Wife also smelled "something burning", which of course is never a good sign. Ordered boot, nozzle, and inner spring for boot. Would have ordered outer, but the schematic for parts made it very difficult to navigate to locate parts...24 hr/next day air and I have a happy wife.
