This pressure regulator controls incoming water pressure to the appliance's water/ice system, helping maintain steady flow for proper dispenser and ice maker operation. Replaces a worn or failing regulator to restore correct water delivery. What it does:
When I tapped on the old regulator the gas would start flowing again and oven would work, so I was sure it was the regulator. Been there before. Shut propane off in two spots, pulled stove away from wall, unplugged. Only three connectors to loosen, and two screws to remove old regulator. reversed procedure. Oven still wouldn't come on until I noticed that the old regulator had a valve with a small handle the said, down for off. Located same on new regulator, flipped it open and the oven was... Read more
Twin-wheel caster for portable dishwashers. Replaces worn, broken, or missing wheels to restore smooth rolling and prevent floor scuffing. Installs at base.
The part came next day! I was shocked at how fast the shipping was. I turned the dishwasher on its side used a pair of pliers and a rubber mallet to get the old wheel off( was not easy) once it was off I had to get the plastic off the new wheel , and that was really hard took some elbow grease but finally after about 10 mins I got it off and simply pushed in the new wheel and used the rubber mallet to secure it and my dishwasher now rolls around like new. Size: 26 inches long. F18t8/cw/k26.
I replaced the controller. I had a heck of a time figuring out how to get to it. The video on the website showed access to the control via the rear panel. On the Kitchen Aid we have, the back panel is part of the range's main frame and does not come off. Turns out, 2 screws behind the fluorescent lamp had to be removed and the entire control panel housing lifts up and can be tilted forward. (I needed to clean behind the range anyway, so it was no big deal)!! The replacement part instructions... Read more

Fix continuous clicking or burners that won't light with this range spark module. Controls ignition sparks to all burner electrodes. Moderate DIY repair.
Began by replacing the burner and igniter assemblies. Learned that was not the solution. Proceeded with further diagnosing. Consulted online resources, such as Maytag website, and discovered that the two likely causes were either the spark module or wiring harness. Ordered both parts, and replaced inside of the oven. Figured out the problem ended up being a bad wiring harness. Read more

Dryer won't heat or overheats? This high limit thermostat cuts power when temperatures get too high. Common fix for no-heat issues. Easy install.
When I pulled out the dryer from the wall, I could see dust/lint had accumulated everywhere and the vent system was compromised. I vacuumed up the dust/lint accumulation outside and then inside the vent system. I then opened the lower cabinet to clean and check its condition. I removed the water steamer bottle and its sub-assembly and then the drum. After cleaning and inspecting components — both visually and with a multi-meter I determined the problem was the appliance doing what it was... Read more
