I ordered a "Thermal Fuse" for a Whirlpool dishwasher. The part didn't fit in the old slot, nor did the tabs fit perfectly in the electrical connections, but it was the best I could find. I suppose the machine is too old to have current repair parts. But, it made the dishwasher work. The fuse is now hanging outside the control panel cover, connected, and working just fine. Read more

Found a lot of helpful information on your website as far as determining the problem. Ordered a new control panel . Got it in 2 days . 8 screws , 4 retaining clips , 1 wire harness . Old one out , new one in . 15 min , piece of cake . Very happy now . Thank You . Read more
I read other comments and first tried the control module. Dishwasher would drain but not run with new module. Purchased the control panel after seeing more comments and it worked like new. Most of the buttons on the control panel worked but the "start" button did nothing. Since this was the second time in 3 years the dish washer has had this problem I knew the control panel itself was the issue. Ordered the part and it arrived two days later.
