Secures engine components and mounts on outdoor power equipment. Replace if bolt is stripped, damaged, or missing to ensure proper assembly and fit.
Usually ships within 4 - 14 days
This is an M6 x 35mm bolt used in lawn mower assemblies. It serves as a fastener for securing various components such as brake assemblies and other mechanical parts. Replace this bolt if it is stripped, corroded, sheared off, or missing during a repair.
This genuine replacement part is a self-tapping screw. A self-tapping screw is a small screw that taps into place with relative ease. Lawnmowers have many screws that secure a variety of different parts. Whether they hold the housing of the various mechanical components or are used as mounting screws for other various parts, self-tapping screws are essential in holding all the different parts of the mower together. Over time, self-tapping screws that are exposed to the elements can rust and deteriorate. If they become too damaged, they might no longer do their job effectively and will need to be replaced. Luckily replacing these screws is a very simple process. To replace the screws, simply unthread the damaged screws and replace them with the new self-tapping screws. If the screws are stripped or too corroded to be removed, consider prying them out with a screwdriver or using a pair of needlenose pliers to rotate them out of their position. This OEM part is sold individually and is compatible with MTD brand mowers.
This is a carburetor stud for a lawn mower or tiller engine. A carburetor stud enables the carburetor to stay sealed to the intake manifold. They prevent threads from stripping in the metal manifolds and keep the carburetor perfectly aligned. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer and is sold individually. When cleaning a carburetor, the user will need to remove the studs. Do not use vice grips when removing a stud, as this will strip the threads. A trick is to put two nuts on the threads and then hold a wrench behind the back nut. Tighten the closest nut, and then use another wrench or impact gun to reverse the stud out. This also works in reverse for replacing it with a new stud to properly place the carburetor so that it seals to the manifold. This part is compatible with several brands, including Bolens, Cub Cadet, Husky, Troy-Bilt, Yard Machines, and Yard Man.

Seals the crankcase halves to prevent oil leaks in lawn mowers, tillers, and outdoor power equipment. Replace if oil is leaking or during repairs.
Replace a cracked or damaged breather valve base causing oil leaks or pressure issues. Direct-fit part for lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment.
A fuel filter is designed to ensure that the fuel flowing into an engine is as clean as possible. When combined with an effective air filter, this dramatically improves engine durability. In general, a fuel filter should be replaced during a small engine’s annual maintenance cycle. This is true whether the filter is inside a lawnmower, snowblower, or another small engine. Symptoms of a failed fuel filter include stalling, particularly when the throttle is fully open. A clogged fuel filter can also be checked visually. If it’s cloudy or there are particles are inside, it needs to be replaced. If there is visible rust during this process, check the fuel can and gas tank for any rust on the inside. Discard any bad gas and replace it with fresh gasoline. Initially, this fuel filter was used for MTD snowblowers. Since then, it’s been used by several other manufacturers, including Briggs & Stratton, Cub Cadet, Yard Machines, and Honda. This is an OEM filter sourced directly from MTD, and it is sold individually.
