After researching on the APP site, I decided what I thought I would need and purchased a new Gasket, Gasket Insert, Left & Right Corner Baffles from APP. The parts were shipped immediately. I never respond to these kinds of requests but I must respond to this one because of your superior service! The best story here was that I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros at 4:15 p.m. one day, and they were on my porch by 2:00 p.m. the next day!! Ordered the clips that we easy to find on line. They can within a few days..and replaced them myself..didn't wait for my husband. Hardest part was getting the end caps off the metal rack to replace the rollers and clips. They fit in there spmehow. I used a screwdriver to get them out. Rest was a piece of cake Lol Read more

The full story: Dishwasher stopped running mid-cycle. When I first began troubleshooting I tried manually advancing the timer knob, and the machine would run. That led me to believe that the actual timer assembly was bad, so I replaced it. The dishwasher ran fine for a day, and then the same problem came back. I watched the repair video and ordered the part ( I luckily ordered two links). The video was not exactly for my model dishwasher but I did follow the instruction for removal from the cabinet. Since my model was not shown, I was looking to see how the door spring and the Hinge Arm Link was supposed to be set up. I found my parts and ordered the six I needed, however I did not pick up on the difference from the front wheels to the rear wheels in the the descriptions. The rear wheels are narrower and I ordered all front wheels, six fronts instead of four front and two rear. I made it work by using the axle from the new wheel with two old narrow wheels. Read more
