The lint catch was broken Misti P. • Spokane , WA • January 18, 2019
This was actually one of the easiest fixes I’ve done. All that was required was to remove 3 screws to remove the broken part. I used a pair of pliers to remove the moisture sensors from the broken part to the new one.

Freezer cold but refrigerator warm. Michael D. • Windham , NH • May 04, 2018
I could not be happier with my Appliance Parts Pros experience. I googled my symptoms, and the 2nd result was a video from Appliance Parts Pros describing what the problem might be and exactly how to fix it. There was such a close match between my symptoms and the description that I ordered the parts --- with a 365 day return policy, my risk was limited.
Almost too good to be true, the parts arrived next business day! I took it slow (about an hour) to install the new evaporator fan motor,...

Crisper drawer supports broken Donna D. • Tamarac , FL • October 08, 2014
My Whirlpool fridge is 12 yrs old. The crisper drawer supports finally gave up. I googled the make and model number for repair parts and AppliancePartsPros.com came up. I was actually surprised that I found the support peg and stud. I watched the video on their site on how to replace them, saw that it was easy and ordered the parts that afternoon. To my utter amazement the parts came via FedEx the following afternoon! I have to admit if I didn't watch the video I wouldn't have known how...

The plastic left rear wheel was coming apart and needed replacing Gary H. • San Antonio , TX • June 11, 2016
I decided if one needed replacing I might as well both two--made sense to me. None were available locally so I ordered them on-line. Surprisingly they came sooner than I expected. I also found a video on the internet that clearly showed the procedure. The actual repairs took 15 minutes or less. One good suggestion from the video was to run the screw in and out of the wheel bracket before final mounting. The video also suggested putting something under the corner to eliminate tipping. The...

Leaking refrigerator no ice or water from dispensers Thomas H. • Arlington , VA • October 09, 2016
I had to remove a metal panel at the bottom back of the freezer as well as a couple of shelf slides in order to get at a drain pan in the back. It was frozen solid, so I stabbed at it with an ice pick until I broke through, followed up by poking a coat hanger in the drain hole to clear as much as I could, then poured a little boiling water over it to follow up. After screwing it all back together, the ice maker surprisingly was working again in less than 20 minutes. I also replaced a broken...
