When I removed the cabinet, all of the springs appeared in tact, I had already replaced the counter balance spring so I knew that was not the issue. None of the suspension springs or brackets were broken but they did look worn/rusty so I replaced all of the brackets (2 in front and 1 large in back), all of the suspension spring retainers, and all of the suspension springs and it fixed the issue! First, DO NOT call Sears for parts, their call center knows nothing about the product. App-Pros are the best for help and the right parts. I figured to repair, replace all seals and any item that shows need to and all items that have to do with the spin that may be bad. Repair videos great help. This was actually one of the easiest fixes I’ve done. All that was required was to remove 3 screws to remove the broken part. I used a pair of pliers to remove the moisture sensors from the broken part to the new one. Read more

Replace front legs and rear legs took about 30 minutes. Made sure rear legs had lithium grease applied ran a load of wash very little Vibration nothing compared to before legs were installed and balanced the machine with a level. Read more

One day my wife went to bake something and the bake/broil buttons as well as #3, #9, and oven light ceased to work. Local repair guy came by and wanted to charge $500 to fix it....YEAH RIGHT! I read the FAQ section of Appliance Pros parts web site. I found out I needed to replace the temperature control switch, WPW10248240, to correct my problem. This switch also controls the tub filling water level based on air pressure via the attached vinyl tubing. I ordered the switch and the tubing, WP353255, in case mine was no longer any good, and I also ordered the retaining clips for the control cabinet, (2) of WP8312709, because they can be damaged when accessing the controls.
