I put a piece of two-by-four, (2"x4") about 10-inches long on edge under the door to support the door. I removed the 3-bolts attaching the door hinge at the bottom corner. I then slid the washer onto the post and placed the bracket back in place with the 3-bolts.
That did the trick.
I used a 3/8-inch socket with extension and a ratchet.

Looked up possible causes on line and found video about trouble shooting. It said to check starter cap and run relay on side of compressor.
Removed both and found both were bad .ordered replacements on line from appliancePartspros.com.
Installed new parts and is working properly. This repair job was on a 2012 Frigidaire refrig.
You would think a refrig. Would last longer than 4 years. The original parts and the replacement parts were light weight and cheaply made.

Everything was easy to replace. Did it all by hand except the access cover that needed a socket wrench. The door didn't close that well at first. I had to wait a couple of days for the rubber pieces to fit into the door frame.
