I there were burned on stains on the pan unit Christel H. • Reno , NV • December 19, 2014
First I phoned GE. The first person that answered was not helpful at all; but the second time I called another individual gave me the part number, and suggested I go on the Internet to search for the part. There I found your company.
My order was promptly filled, the pan fits perfectly
Thanks for your speedy delivery of my order.

Our dryer didn't heat Larry L. • Poway , CA • November 10, 2014
Being a complete DIY I hate to call some unknown person into my home knowing that just to get them there will cost me more than I will spend for parts that I don't need. After all, they are trying to make a living and by selling me parts that I don't need will increase their profits.

The previous tenant in my daughter's new apartment apparently had a grease fire of sorts in the GE XL44 gas oven. I removed the oven door (just lifts off the hinges) and proceeded to disassemble the door so as to get to the glass panes. That's when the real problems arose: the window seal rope, which lays around the edge of the opening to the oven, was burnt to a crisp -- see photos. The oven...

Oven would not light David A. • San Jose , CA • December 14, 2017
Control board, new oven light fixture, and receptacle along with the gasket. All I ever ask is get me the correct parts and AppliancePartsPros.com came through. Used them before to fix my gas dryer.
Cheers, David
