The front wheel assembly replacement (WRXO2X12454) was straightforward and easy to do. Took maybe 30 minutes start to finish.
The rear wheel assembly (wheel WRO2X10695 and axle WRO1X10604) that was more involved as the original wheel axle is actually a rivet that you have to cut out.
1. I used a vibrating multitool with a carbide blade to cut the axle out. Had to use a pair of vise grips to hold the rivet to keep it from spinning while cutting it.

It was a challenge...the shelf unit consists of two plastic end brackets and a long metal shelf. I possessed one original end cap while the metal shelf was inadvertently discarded years ago along with the other broken end bracket. For a few years some white duct tape was pressed into service as a "temporary" bottom shelf. I researched the problem and determined that the only thing that can cause this was compressor bad or not starting. Since it was cold the day before I felt it had to be the starter parts and ordered them. It was also very important to clean the coil which I believe caused the over heating.
